2015 IADH Award Winner

The Professor Marie Bashir Centre at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital received a Highly Commended award in the International Mental Health Project category at the 2015 International Academy for Design and Health (IADH) World Congress & Exhibition, recently held in Hong Kong.

The six-storey, 18,000 m² purpose-built centre integrates many essential mental health services under one roof in a contemporary warm environment and features colourful wall murals of Sydney locations; roof top therapy gardens and barbecue and break out areas for staff, patients and visitors.

The Professor Marie Bashir Centre project was completed in collaboration with peckvonhartel architects.
