This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of complex healthcare projects, working alongside a highly experienced team with a strong reputation in the health sector. You'll lead projects through multiple phases, mentor emerging team members, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Sydney studio.
We're seeking someone who enjoys balancing design, technical delivery, consultant coordination and client engagement, and who is passionate about creating environments that positively impact patient, staff and community outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of healthcare projects with a Principal from design through to completion
- Managing project programs, deliverables and client expectations
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, with a particular focus on building services integration
- Leading Revit documentation and technical delivery
- Managing project quality, compliance and risk
- Applying relevant codes, standards and healthcare planning requirements
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, workshops and presentations
- Mentoring and developing architects and graduates within the studio
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes
About You

- Has a minimum of 8-10+ years' post-graduate architectural experience
- Has demonstrated experience delivering healthcare projects
- Has strong services coordination experience and a sound understanding of building systems integration
- Is highly proficient in Revit and technical documentation
- Has experience leading project teams and coordinating services
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality design outcomes within complex project environments
Registration as an Architect is highly regarded but not essential.
