He takes a strategic project view and applies his intuitive understanding of the holistic needs of each project.
Ernest brings to each project an ability to resolve complex master planning and health facility planning challenges. This capacity is informed by an ability to develop effective relationships with project stakeholders, as diverse as authorities, administrating bodies and departmental planning teams.
