Melina is a specialist Health Architect and Director of STH and has worked exclusively with the company since 1998 in both the Melbourne and Sydney studios. She has extensive experience in the delivery of large scale complex projects, within the public and private sectors. Melina has expertise in project management, master planning of city and regional health campuses, clinical health planning and design documentation. An outstanding leader in health architecture, she is skilled in stakeholder consultation, government processes and procurement methods, with several recent Public Private Partnership (PPP) healthcare projects completed.
Melina manages each project from concept to completion, delivering healthcare facilities that are both innovative, functional and therapeutic that are focused on delivering the client’s vision. She is passionate about fostering a collaborative team approach within the studio to promote an inclusive dynamic culture and great design outcomes.
