Auburn Hospital, Sydney, NSW

The Auburn Hospital, an existing hospital in the mid-western suburbs of Sydney, was completely replaced with a new facility on the same site. The new hospital has 184 beds and includes an 80 bed medical inpatient, a close observation unit, 23 hour surgical inpatient unit, maternal and newborn care unit, non-acute care inpatient unit, emergency department, operating suite and an ambulatory procedures centre.

This project was won under a design and construct consortium, with Brookfield Multiplex and Hassell Architects.
