Plenary Health was shortlisted by Infrastructure Ontario to participate in the Request for Proposals stage to design, build, finance and maintain the Centre’s Phase 1B capital redevelopment project.
Designed to realize CAMH’s vision of providing care within a revitalized urban village, this phase involved demolition of the Administration Building and the construction of three new buildings: the Intergenerational Wellness Centre, CAMH Gateway Building, and Utilities and Parking Building.
Silver Thomas Hanley worked in association with B+H Architects as the Architects on the Plenary / PCL Constructors Canada Inc. competition team.
