Located in one of Victoria’s fastest growing areas, this state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility is part of the Casey Specialist Medical Centre which is stage one of a larger integrated healthcare development in Melbourne’s south east. The development is owned by Generation Healthcare REIT (GHC), a healthcare developer with a proven track record in constructing healthcare facilities across Australia and is operated by Genesis CancerCare, Australia’s leading provider of radiotherapy treatments.

Situated on the lower ground floor of the Medical Centre, facilities include 3 consulting rooms, dedicated reception, patient waiting area, CT Scanner, 2 Radiotherapy treatment bunkers, physics office, staff room, staff amenities and associated clinical storage space. Despite the location in on the lower ground floor, the design incorporates full height windows to provide ample natural daylight to the facility for both patients and staff.

The centre was built by Hansen Yuncken and opened it’s doors to patients on February 16, 2015.
