Calvin Justice
Architect
[Office]

Calvin is a NSW Registered Architect with over 15 years of international experience in the construction industry, supported by a dual background in architecture and structural engineering. He has worked across Australia, Germany, and the U.S., with a strong focus on healthcare design, documentation, and delivery. Specialising in the coordination of large, complex projects, Calvin has led key health infrastructure initiatives, including façade and base build coordination for the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital Redevelopment – Stage 2, where he also served as lead architect for Stage 2A. His deep understanding of hospital planning and the Australian Health Facility Guidelines enables him to contribute across all project phases—from Schematic Design to Contract Administration.
Calvin is passionate about achieving high-functioning, meaningful built outcomes. Whether collaborating with consultants or conducting site inspections, he is driven by how a project ultimately looks, works, and supports its users. His architectural perspective was shaped early on by the glowing skyline of Manhattan, seen from his hometown in New Jersey—a view that first sparked his lifelong fascination with the built environment.
