Gleneagles Medini Hospital
Johor, Malaysia
Gleneagles Medini Hospital is designed to set a new benchmark for patient-centered care in the region, integrating sustainability, efficiency, and a healing environment. Developed in collaboration with B+H, the 300-bed hospital is being built in three phases on a 14-acre site, ensuring a scalable and future-ready healthcare facility.
The design prioritises patient and staff well-being, with regional materials grounding the hospital in its cultural context while selective glass façades enhance openness, natural light, and connectivity to the surrounding landscape. A carefully structured master plan supports future expansion while maintaining clear separation of clinical services, efficient internal circulation, and intuitive wayfinding.

The first phase of construction was completed in 2015, marking the beginning of a healthcare facility designed for long-term adaptability and excellence.
