Seamless Integration

Completed in early 2018, Northside Clinic is a state-of-the-art private mental health facility designed to seamlessly integrate modern healthcare practices with an environment that promotes healing, wellness, and comfort. Drawing inspiration from high-end hospitality, the clinic reimagines mental health care by creating a calming, hotel-like atmosphere that elevates the patient experience.

The facility features 112 thoughtfully designed single-bedroom suites, each tailored to provide privacy and tranquility. A signature design element is the incorporation of lush sky gardens across the eight-level development, offering a unique connection to nature and an additional sense of retreat for patients and visitors.

Central to the project is a wellness-focused model of care, which is supported by a range of therapeutic and recreational spaces. These include an art studio, a day spa, a fully equipped gym, and a restaurant-style dining area, all carefully crafted to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Additional amenities such as a café, wellness retail spaces, and secure resort-style terraces and balconies provide a welcoming and restorative environment for patients.

The facility also includes a private consulting wing, comprising 24 suites for outpatient appointments, seamlessly integrated with the inpatient areas to support holistic care delivery. A covered car park accommodating 139 vehicles ensures accessibility for patients, families, and staff.

Studio STH played a pivotal role in the realization of Northside Clinic, overseeing all aspects of the project from the initial master planning and concept development through to detailed design and the completion of construction. This comprehensive involvement ensured a cohesive design approach that prioritizes functionality, aesthetics, and the highest standards of care.
